I love industrial design. This window/desk fan by Dyson is a thing of beauty. I'm not sure I will pony up the $299 for one though.
Two weeks until orientation
Two weeks until June 10th! I’ve enrolled at Animation Mentor to study character animation. In two weeks I will receive my login and have access to the website. Classes start June 29th and up until then I’m working on my drawing and sketching as well as going through a heaping mound of Maya tutorials. Of course, having just moved to Southern California, while sitting at my computer working I’m being distracted by thoughts of going to the beach, making a quick stop to Disneyland, taking a tour of a Hollywood studio, the usual everyday distractions.
In addition to practicing Maya and drawing I’ll be updating this site as well as futzing with the design.

It's Saturday night and I'm sitting in front of my computer attempting to drum up some animation ideas. So, instead of actually working, brainstorming, sketching or writing, I make a blog to hopefully challenge me to work, brainstorm, sketch and write.
